In order to demonstrate the excellent performance of fully automatic gearboxes under complex and challenging road conditions, Allison Transmission recently held a test drive test at the Traffic Science Research Institute in Shibetsu City, Hokkaido. More than 30 professional truck drivers from engineering leasing and related companies working with OEMs participated in the comparative tests of the same vehicles with different gearboxes. They are driving two Hino Ranger trucks, medium-duty dump trucks and lifting cranes. In both tests, they tested the Hino trucks fitted with Allison 1000 series automatic gearboxes and the identical Hino trucks equipped with manual gear and AMT. All test vehicle simulation load weights are 1.6 tons. Snow Mountain Road The driving test route of the dump truck is a snow-capped mountain road with a length of 150 meters and a slope of up to 12%. The test route for lifting cranes is a snow-covered road with a length of 1,200 meters and a slope of up to 14%. When compared to Hino trucks with manual gear and AMT, Allison Transmission's proprietary Continuous Power TechnologyTM delivers uninterrupted power for full power shifts and superior acceleration performance. Each shift will select the best time for automatic shifting, allowing the driver to precisely control and operate even in the most challenging snow conditions. Allison's torque converter achieves smooth shift multiplication torque and delivers more power to the drive wheels. By doubling engine power, the driver experiences better vehicle handling, faster acceleration and better operational flexibility. Hino Truck with Allison Transmission "The Hino trucks equipped with Allison transmissions provide a smoother shifting experience compared to trucks equipped with AMT, enabling faster acceleration on snow-covered roads," said Tokihiro Nakajima, manager of Hino's car rental department. Leased users, vehicles equipped with automatic gearboxes are easier to drive and are clearly favored by users, so leasing companies will no doubt prefer to use automatic transmissions." Due to positive feedback and response from this event, Allison has arranged for a similar test drive in December. 400Mm Width Wall Panels,Wood Veneer Panel,Water Protection Panel,Width Pvc Wall Panel Puyang Shangyi Decoration Material Co., Ltd. , https://www.shangyiwallpanel.com
