The meeting was chaired by Shi Yongchun, head of the drying technology professional group of the Chemical Engineering Professional Committee of the China Chemical Industry Association.
The academic conference lasted for three days. A total of 230 representatives from universities, research institutions, and the business community attended the conference. At the meeting, the General Secretary always gave a welcome speech and expressed his warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the experts, scholars and colleagues who have come from far away. Prof. Mujumdar from McGill University in Canada and Prof. Wang Liqiu from Hong Kong University, and seven other famous scholars from home and abroad made a conference report on the trend of drying technology research, the status quo, and the latest progress in different materials drying fields. A total of 33 representatives conducted verbal exchanges for the clubs and 27 papers displayed on the exhibition board. The conference also conducted excellent paper selection activities, of which nine papers received excellent papers.
