So our performance exceeded expectations. In 2010, we are optimistic that sales of the entire car will be even with last year or even more than last year. We have now received the request from the Japanese and US Departmental Vehicle Partners to increase production. We are also taking measures to actively respond. The Bridgestone Group currently has a large number of complete vehicle manufacturers that cooperate with us. We are also actively promoting negotiations with some luxury brand manufacturers and hope to further expand the scope of cooperation.

Reporter: Please tell us about Bridgestone's recent expansion plan.

Takeda: Last year, Bridgestone added $88 million to the Wuxi plant and plans to expand production in July 2011. The current expansion of the factory is under construction, but our pace will not stop there. The reason is that, for example, in 2009, the production and sales of completed vehicles have exceeded 10 million, and after two or three years, the tires will be concentrated in the replacement period. 10 million vehicles will be the replacement quantity of 40 million tires, plus 10 million vehicles that will be produced and sold in the current year. With 40 million tires, this has reached the market demand for more than 80 million tires. And we predict that the annual demand will maintain a growth of 10%, so that the tire market demand will have a substantial increase in the next few years, so our production capacity must also be quickly adjusted to meet market demand.

The current production capacity of the Wuxi plant is 8,000 per day. The third phase of the Wuxi plant is expanded to 4,200 per day. Together with the improvement of the existing production line, it will reach a production capacity of over 13,000 per day. The current production capacity of the Huizhou factory producing commercial tires is 2,500 Nissan, and we are also taking measures to increase it to 3,950 as quickly as possible. This is our recent plan.

Reporter: The US tire protection program for China is still in progress. What impact will this have on Bridgestone?

Takeda: What is certain is that the impact on China's domestic tire market will be very large. The current data is that China has 60 million tires exported to the United States each year. The export volume will surely be reduced in the future. Where will this part of the reduction go? It is unrealistic for tire companies to develop new export markets in the short term. Therefore, most of them are very likely to return to the Chinese market. The impact will also be very large, competition will intensify, and all tire companies will feel the pressure.

Reporter: Many brands, especially in the original matching market, have achieved good results through price war. Is Bridgestone good at price war?

Takeda: We are very unaccustomed to and are not good at price wars. We have no measures to deal with price wars. The first thing we need to do in order to complete the vehicle is to understand what the vehicle manufacturer's own positioning of the target performance is and how this performance is reflected in our tires. Fortunately, consumers are increasingly concerned about the performance of tires and other accessories when they are buying cars. Ultimately, consumers will choose the most cost-effective products. So we will not deal with price wars. As vehicle manufacturers, it is also clear that the performance of all vehicles and the technical level of drivers must be transmitted to the ground through tires. The neglect of the high performance of tires will not only affect the performance of vehicles, but also lead to large accidents.
