This marks that Haiyou Engineering Qingdao Company has broken the long-term monopoly of foreign companies on the spraying technology of two-component fire-retardant coatings in the technology of fire-fighting coating spraying equipment, and developed a fire-proof coating spraying machine with independent intellectual property rights to fill the gap of domestic technology. .

According to reports, the equipment uses a number of patented technologies to fundamentally solve and change the various problems currently existing in foreign two-component fire-retardant coating spraying machines, and the spraying efficiency is improved by 108%. Compared with similar foreign equipment, the purchase cost of domestic equipment is reduced by 51.08%, and the purchase cost of consumable parts is also greatly reduced. The equipment purchase period can be shortened by 3 to 4 months.

It is reported that the successful development of this equipment not only further lays the leading position of CNOOC in the field of fire-proof paint spraying and spraying, but also is expected to be widely used in domestic shipbuilding and marine engineering.
