♦ Publicize and regulate law enforcement

At the same time, publicity and standardization of law enforcement also play a very important role in the management of vehicle transport vehicles. The “Notice” puts forward special requirements: the provincial transport authorities and the public security agencies’ traffic management departments should coordinate actions and strengthen governance. Explain the policy and law enforcement requirements, strengthen the education and training of law enforcement officers at the grass-roots level, and ensure that they accurately grasp the policy and strictly implement it.
