Generally not more than fifteen minutes, so as not to damage the liner and consume the steel ball. 2) The operator should carefully adjust the amount of ore and mine concentration. 3) Always check and ensure that each lubrication point has sufficient and clean lubricating oil, and the oil temperature of the main bearing does not exceed 60 °C. The main bearing with cooling water (mainly dry ball mill) should guarantee water supply. 4) The wear of the liner in the mill should be checked regularly. The lining plate should be replaced in time for wear or rupture, and the leakage of the cylinder should be tightened in time. 5) When parking, stop the mine first, then the mill still needs to run for 10-15 minutes, and the ore in the cylinder is basically ground and then parked. 6) When suddenly stopping due to an accident, the mine and water supply must be stopped immediately, and the power of the motor and other units must be cut off.
