ZGB(P) series slurry pumps are centrifugal slurry pumps with horizontal, vertical axial middle opening, double casing structure and metal liner. The impeller has high efficiency, high head , good wear resisting, wide passage, non-clogging, lower NPSHr. The horizontal open bearing assembly is designed with large-capacity bearings. The bearings are oil lubricated and equipped with two sets of bearing cooling systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. It can be widely used for handling the mixtures of abrasive and corrosive solids in electric power, metallurgy, mine, coal, building material and chemical industry departments. ZGBP type is multi-stage pump(three or four stages).

Product Feature

1.Super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and lower abrasion rate.

2. Mechanical seal or expeller seal combined with packing seal adopted to prevent the slurry from leakage.

3. The clearance between the impeller and the cover plate could be adjusted to ensure the pump to operate at high efficiency point..

4. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degree by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installation and application.

5. The pump can be operated in series with multi-stage in the maximum 3.6MPa pressure range.
