WJT-125 type omnipotent press is used for hotels, military forces, dry cleaning shops, garment factories and other enterprises, to qualitatively ironing the bonding part of synthetic fibers, wool and woolen material, collar as well. It is simple, easy maintenance, and practical.

 

 

1, Available to press any special parts of cloth, sunch as for pressing pants leg and plat top .
2, With strong vacuum moisture removing system. 
3, Can press cloth dehydrated.
4, Using high-quality pneumatic components and with reasonable designed steam circuit.Controlled by compressed air.
5, Steam circuit is very simple and efficient. Temperature rises fast and with low heat ullage. 

6.Euipmented with hand and leg operation press.The sunction and steaming function are controlled by foot press.

7.Top press unit is made of aluminum casting which is light to handel ;

8.Felixble hose with metal reinforcement of its wall

9.Non-oiling ball bearing

Printing Film

China origined texture hardcoated PET film for solvent and uv ink printing in membrane switch name plate industry, with surface F150 F200 of fine velvet, V150 V200 of velvet surface, A130 A180 of anti glare surface, and G130 G180 of gloss surface choices. The XE type is with anti uv coating suitable for outdoor application like outdoor instrument name plate or light weight thin solar panel.

Synthetic paper is with BOPP or BOPET as base material,and both sides white matte coated for offset or laser or inkjet printing. Opaque white with comfortable finger feeling, non tearable and water proof.

PI hang tag is a matte surface coated for ribbon transfer printing or UV printing, as a hang tag of hot metal in steel industry,which resists up to 500C temperature.
