On the eve of the factory, the type test was carried out to test the relevant parameters, further improve the scientific research work of the unit, and objectively analyze and evaluate the vibration. The vibration is very small, and its frequency components are mainly frequency conversion and frequency doubling. In the idling operation condition, the end-to-end end cap vibration is 45, and the frequency component is 28 (11!). The vibration under no-load and short-circuit conditions is small. We think that this is mainly related to the air duct, the end cover and the base. Tightness is related. The vibration conditions of the end windings under different working conditions are quite different: the idling, two-phase steady-state short-circuit and three-phase steady lacquer short-circuit conditions have less vibration, and the frequency components are mainly 5'QHZ, 100Hz and 111~114HZ. Under the no-load condition, the vibration of each measuring point is large, and rises with the increase of the excitation voltage. When the frequency component is *3 times and 1*0 times the rated excitation voltage, the frequency-transmitted vibration of the winding 3 measuring point reaches 219jun respectively. And low amplitude vibration of 120Hz. The mechanical vibration and electromagnetic vibration of the turbo generator are not large. The electromagnetic vibration has obvious but irregular circular running mode. The vibration mode node is located between 3 measuring points, 4 and 5 measuring points, 6 and 7. Between the measuring points, between 7 and 8 measuring points.
