The factory was designed in the 1950s and put into production in 1960. The design scale is 600t/d. In 1985, the actual processing capacity reached 722t/d. (1) The nature of the ore: Ore Processing plant belonging mesothermal filled fractures lead zinc deposit account. The mine is divided into two mines, the South and the North. The ore is divided into three types: sulfide ore, oxidized ore and mixed ore. The zinc oxidation rate is 13%, and the lead oxidation rate is greater than 22%.
The main metal minerals galena, sphalerite, pyrite, calamine, zincite, willemite, hydrozincite, white lead ore, lead sulfate, lead jarosite, limonite and erythro Iron ore. The gangue minerals are mainly calcite , dolomite, barite , gypsum , kaolin and the like.
Lead-zinc sulfide ore mainly refers to the enrichment of lead-zinc ore and disseminated ore. The enriched lead-zinc ore is densely packed, and the sphalerite and galena in the dip-coated ore are star-shaped or vein-like. The maximum size of galena is 12mm, the minimum particle size is 0.01mm, the maximum size of sphalerite is 20mm, and the minimum particle size is 0.01mm.
The structure of lead-zinc ore is relatively complicated. The zinc-containing oxide is plate-shaped, columnar, stalactite, grape-like, radial and fibrous, and is filled in rock cracks and limonite pores, in addition to mutual symbiosis, and clay , limonite, calcite, white mica, etc. cerussite intimately associated, the crystal grain size is generally 0.3 ~ 0.01mm. The crystal size of the lead-containing oxidized mineral is very fine, generally 0.02 to 0.01 mm.
The ore density is 3.03~3.1t/m3, the loose density is 1.7~1.8t/m3, and the hardness is 7. The ore contains 3 to 5% water and contains more than 5% mud. The multi-element analysis of lead ore, lead phase analysis and zinc phase analysis are shown in the following table:
