The project “Development and Development of a New Type of Catalytically Cracked Gasoline Hydrogenation and Reforming Catalyst” independently developed by China Petroleum Fushun Petrochemical Company’s catalyst plant has been a success.

On November 6th, 2007, the petrochemical company's 200,000 tons/year installation was started to enter the oil. After heating, constant temperature, and commissioning, the resulting oil sampling analysis results were displayed. , Product quality and various technical indicators have reached the design target, and the device has officially entered the stage of stable operation and long-term operation test.

The project has experienced technical introduction in 2001; self-produced R&D in 2002; first industrial application experiment in 2004; passed the project appraisal of relevant units and experts of CNPC in Dalian in 2005 and officially entered the project implementation stage; November 2007 Finally achieved satisfactory results. It is understood that this new type of catalyst has been successfully applied to the 100,000 tons/year plant of the First Oil Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company. The successful application of the two sets of equipment indicates that the technology for the catalytic upgrading of catalysts for catalytic cracking of gasoline has matured.

Using this new type of catalytic cracking gasoline hydrogenation catalyst technology, the octane number of gasoline can be kept constant while reducing gasoline and desulfurizing gasoline. The expert group believes that this technology has reached the leading domestic level and fills the gap in PetroChina's petrol upgrading technology. It will contribute to China's clean gasoline production and upgrading and upgrading of fuel products.
