5608 working surface floor exploration hole design specification

I. Project Overview

The 5608 working face is located in the east wing of Wucai District, with 5607 working face in the north and 5609 working face in the south. Designed for strip mining face (mining 30m, leaving 40m), the lowest elevation point of the coal layer inner surface 16 -266m. In order to ensure the safe mining of the working face, the exploration hole of the construction floor shall be used to find out the water-richness of the 13th and 14th ash and the aquifer and the connection between the aquifers, and evaluate the influence of the aquifer on the mining.

Second, drilling design requirements and parameters

1. Drilling purpose: to find out the water-rich layer, water pressure, water volume, water-repellent layer thickness, water-blocking performance and connectivity of the aquifer below the floor of the working face.

3. Water pressure at the orifice: According to the nearby 13 and 14 gray long viewing water level -170m, the maximum water pressure of the orifice is expected to be 1.0MPa.

4, the drilling structure: exploration hole, a hole diameter 113mm, 108mm diameter, two holes are bare holes with a diameter 73mm floor construction to fourteen gray iron red mudstone.

5. Casing length: According to the “Coal Mine Water Control Regulations”, “When the water pressure is greater than 1.0MPa and less than 2.0MPa, the length of the water stop casing is not less than 10m”, the length of the casing is designed to be 16.7m.

6. Single hole water inflow is expected: According to the 13th and 14th gray hole exploration data of the 5607 working face on the north side, the normal water output of the borehole is expected to be Q=15m3/h, and the maximum water output is Q=40m3/h.

7. The stratum in this area is clear, and the whole hole is made of coreless drilling.

Third, casing fixing and orifice treatment

According to the "Coal Mine Water Control Regulations", the test pressure must be more than 1.5 times the estimated water pressure, and the test time should not be less than 30 minutes."

This design requirement: When the first-stage orifice casing is subjected to the pressure test, the compressive strength should be 2.0 MPa or more, and the withstand voltage duration should not be less than 30 minutes.

After the hole was exposed to the limestone effluent, the DN100-16 gate valve was installed at the orifice.

The construction of the project is carried out by the Drilling Team of the Tongfang Work Area in accordance with the three-eighth system. During the construction drilling period, there are 3 construction workers per shift.
