Dr. Liu Zhili graduated in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and joined Cummins in 1998. Since then, he has been engaged in the research and development of engine aftertreatment technologies and products to meet the emission regulations of various road and non-road applications worldwide. Dr. Liu Zhili has more than 30 patents and published over 80 papers reviewed by experts. Currently, he leads the Cummins Emissions Processing Analytical Testing Technology team, which consists of experts in materials science, applied mechanics and acoustics, emissions technology, temperature control, fluid science, chemistry, and dynamics. “This honor made me think how lucky I was to work at Cummins!
