1.The wooden pattern will be checked carefully by QC team.
2.The casting process will be simulated before pouring.
3.QC will inspect the chemical composition after pouring.
4.QC will do a visual inspection before machining.
5.First time UT and MT will be done after rough machining.
6.Mechanical Property test will be done when the test sample is cut down after heat treatment
7.A final UT and MT will be done after finished machining
8.When the customers visit us for final inspection,they will witness the inspection process again or check the quality with their own test equipment.
