1. Check the cavitation of the pneumatic diaphragm pump and reduce the speed of the pump to allow liquid to enter the chamber.

2. Check whether the valve ball is stuck. If the operating fluid is incompatible with the pump elastomer, the elastomer will swell. Please replace the appropriate material elastomer.

3. Check the pump inlet connector is completely tight leak, especially near the entrance end of the valve ball to be locked.
