Daily maintenance of electrothermal and watertight incubators

The outer shell of the electric and water-insulated incubators is usually made by cold-rolled plate spraying. The inner layer of the water-proof incubator is a copper-water storage interlayer, and the interlayer of the electric-type incubator is insulated by asbestos or glass wool. Made of materials to enhance the insulation effect, a thermometer is provided at the top of the incubator, and is automatically controlled by a temperature controller so that the temperature inside the box is constant. The water-removal type incubator is heated by means of electric heating pipe, and the electric-type incubator is directly heated by the electric heating wire and uses air convection to make the temperature inside the box uniform. On the front side of the incubator, there are indicator lights and temperature adjustment knobs. When the power is turned on, the red indicator light is on. Turn the knob to the required scale according to the required temperature. After the temperature is reached, the red indicator light goes off. Indicates that the desired temperature has been reached in the tank, after which the temperature controller in the tank is automatically controlled by the temperature controller.

Incubator use and maintenance:

(1) The culture inside the box should not be placed overcrowded to facilitate the convection of hot air. No matter whether the item is put into or taken out, it should be closed, so as to avoid temperature fluctuations.

(2) The electric heating incubator should place a water container inside the box to maintain a certain humidity.

(3) The water-proof incubator should pay attention to adding water and then electricity, and the water level should be checked frequently to add water in time.

(4) When using the electric type incubator, the top of the wind should be properly unscrewed to facilitate the adjustment of the temperature inside the box.
